Help "Take Care of Our Own Here at JFK"

TSA/JFK Employees,

Many of your co-workers at JFK have been hard-hit by Hurricane Sandy and have damage to their homes, are without power, and are in need of everyday supplies.

In this time of need, we are asking all TSA/JFK employees to “support in the effort to take care of our own here at JFK”

We ask that you donate any items you can to assist our TSA/JFK workforce that have been impacted by this storm.

Items needed include:

·       household items

·       disinfectant / cleaning wipes

·       clothing

·       canned food

·       shoes

·       toiletries

·       blankets

We will be sending out Bankers Boxes to each terminal to collect these items.

These Bankers Boxes will be located in each of the break rooms and when full, you can call 718-917-3919 to arrange for pickup.

The central distribution area will be TSA/JFK HQ and after collection from terminals, all items donated will be matched with a TSA/JFK employee in need of those items.
